CANCELLATION POLICY: Your appointments are important to team members at Afterimage Salon + Spa! The time allotted for your appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that unplanned issues arise, making cancellation or rescheduling necessary. We respectfully request at least 24 hours for cancellations and/or rescheduling. If you have missed, or cancelled, an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, we may require a 50% non-refundable deposit to re-book a future appointment with us. The deposit will be applied to the balance due at the end of the appointment unless the appointment is surrendered within the 24-hour window.
